Great experience, after initial phone conversation with the engineer (Sam) and description of fault with vehicle, the engineer told me he would obtain the part and fit it the next day..which he did promptly and professionally. Excellent service. My car broke down on the Saturday. I spoke to the guy and he arranged to come Monday evening when I got home from work.
Turned up and got straight on with the job. 1 week later I had a small problem so contacted him and he came back the same night and sorted the issue. Highly recommend.
Service with a smile
Over on Humberside on a Boxing Day adventure when entire exhaust system drops off the car, trapped underneath. Phone, waking the poor fella, but despite this twenty minutes later he's on his back removing it all so we can at least drive back to York. Give him business, people, preferably during his actual working hours, and drive carefully.
